When does camp start?
Overnight Camps: Check-in is from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Sunday’s. (Please do not arrive any earlier.)
Day Camp: Check-in begins at 9am every morning.
When does camp end?
Overnight Camps: Our closing ceremony begins at 10:00am. You won’t want to miss this!
Day Camp: Pick-up is at 4pm each day, EXCEPT for Friday—our closing ceremony begins at 3:00pm on Friday. You won’t want to miss this!
What if I have to pick up my camper early?
Early pick-up must be arranged, in writing, previous to dropping off your camper. Only the specified persons will be allowed to pick-up the camper.
What should I know about the Day Camp Shuttle?
The Day Camp Shuttle meets at La Fortune Park in Tulsa at 8:00am Monday through Friday. It returns at 5:00pm each day EXCEPT for Friday—parents must pick up their camper at Shepherd’s Fold. The cost to ride the shuttle is $80/camper. These forms need to accompany the camper if they are riding the shuttle.
What is the camp store?
In the camp store, “Green Pastures”, you can find lots of sweet things to fill your sweet tooth (such as bottled water, soft drinks, candy, and crackers), as well as an assortment of SFR souvenirs (like hoodies, tee shirts, journals, buttons, pens, stickers, bags, necklaces, etc.). On average, parents put in $10 to $50, however there is no minimum of maximum amount required.
Any unused money will be refunded at the end of the closing ceremony on Saturday morning. Any money not picked up, will automatically go into the SFR Scholarship Fund.
How do I communicate with my camper while s/he is at camp?

Where can I find my “lost and found items”?
Call the SFR office at 918.263.3622. If there are any items left after August 15, we will donate them to a local charity.
What is an “open meeting”?
On the Wednesday evening of your child’s week of camp, you (parents and siblings) can come to Shepherd’s Fold and experience camp with your camper! Arrive at 6:30pm for WACKO (fun camp song and dance time), a welcome to camp, and night encounter (worship and teaching).
